This dealership needs more courtesy/rental cars. Was an inconvenience to be without vehicle for a full week. My service rep was very good. No complaint. However I was told the service would be about 2 hours. After a little over 2 hours I checked with my rep and my car was outside. It was quickly rushed in for the tire rotation.
2 hours should be more than enough time for a routine service.
