Jeff was Excellent,he's the best. I've had Jeff's help before, I'd like to be able to have him every time. He was on top of every detail of my service.He already knew that I purchased my tires at Darling's and therefore get free tire rotation.The other people I've dealt with always charge me and I have to tell them about it and then they take the charge off my bill.Jeff knows his stuff and knows what he's doing. Jacky is THE man, seriously. Made what could have been a nightmare (bought a used Audi that came to me with 99 problems and a very short warranty) feel manageable. I felt throughout the multi phase repair process that I was not alone and it was obvious with Jacky that I was also not in danger of being taken advantage of. It was not Cooper's fault that my truck was not looked at for 12 days after it was towed there. I understand about the lack of Ford technicians. But five days later the same problem occurred and it was towed bak to Darling's Ford again. My scheduled service appointment is August 25th and I do not have the money for a rental car. I hope this can be resolved in a short time.
