I’ll be satisfied when I get my car back! Don’t you usually send these out after the service call? I have been told the parts have been ordered and will be in in 7-10 days. So no, at this point I’m not satisfied! This is the second time in a month that it’s in for the same thing. As far as Sino goes, he’s terrific I can’t necessarily blame him for what appears to be the incompetence of the mechanics working on the car. I hope to see my A8 before the end of this week. My car still needs to be fixed and I understand that getting a part can take a while but Dustin said that he’d set up a date after taking to someone and like I said I haven’t received a call back yet.

It was a few days different from having my complimentary 2nd oil change and they did not honor it. Then the representative did not offer me the $20 oil special. I had to find it on your website and show her. She stated she was unaware but will discount it. The car wash ****, they do not clean the Matt's like the Herrmann estate location. I will never return to mcgrath facility. Worse AUDI service overall.
