Service was very good.i was interested in looking at a new car and was treated rather poorly and felt like I had to prove that I was worthy to gain their interest in helping me.It actually got worse as the visit went on after I got my car out of service. Very sad.

1. The car was not fixed at the first time. They didn't know what broke in the media device and ordered a navigation unit as a replacement, so I had to wait more.
2. After two weeks, I'm still waiting and am completely unaware what the order status is and how long I'm going to wait more. I had to revise my commute and am using my wife's Outback which I like more and more.
