I was told from the beginning there would be no charge for the 5,000 mile checkup. The service person was 9/10 great but emphasized how important it was for the life of my tires to get them rotated for $15 each. So, I did. Other than this minor detail the service was prompt and on time. Your waiting area was excellent.
