I found damage after I received my vehicle. My service person was gone. I attempted to go online and contact him so I could send a photo. I chatted with someone (Asia R) who couldn't provide that to me. The guys in the service department told me that they would follow-up but I have no way of knowing whether or not they did.

Is it normal to get 200 dollars in labor costs for an inspection that takes less than an hour?
This is a really crazy price.
I've only heard about the inspection list from Rick a Massucci and haven't been told properly that the cost of the technology is $199.
I never thought such a ridiculous price would come out.
I will NEVER receive service from you!
And I will never recommend you.
