The service was excellent and I appreciate the vacuuming job however unless they were searching my center console for the tire lock or something they needed I was not happy that they were in my center console. The time before last someone there stole a new bottle of CBD oil.

My computer on Tuesday morning messaged me about a mandatory download. I did the download and it crashed my whole computer system for my GPS, phone, radio. Your team informed me that I have to replace the hard drive. ME? Why do I have to pay for something that Lexus sent to my cars computer system? Not happy. Hassan is amazing however, he should be calling corporate to find out why this download crashed my computer and how do we put it back to the way it was before the download.
