I thought the service was good. My rep was very good, I liked him. I'm disappointed my prepaid maintenance plan only covers the tire rotation and not the rebalance. Give me a break $58 for a rebalance of the tires you are rotating. I can purchase a life of the tires puncture warranty for that America's Tire that includes rotation and rebalance of tires for the life of tires. Why would I give you $58 each time to have them rebalanced? To say the least that is really trying to squeeze your customers out of some cash after they purchase a scheduled maintenance plan. Do that I am really disappointed about, makes me mad I purchased it. Live and learn they say.

Hmmmm. I made an appointment yesterday when I stopped in because my mirror controller broke. The young man too mr into his office kiosk and made it for 1:30. Today my husband arrived or the appointment and was told I did NOT have an appointment, BUT I even got a confirmation about the appointment. Not sure what happened. The car was serviced anyway, but I haven't ever had that happen in all my years owning a Lexus. Of course I just love that special finishing touch of leaving with a freshly washed car. Thank you! As usual, Lexus rocks!
