Car wash needs to be more thorough—side flor hadshoe print &obvious black spots on hod was not removed.i asked for a towel to wipe car down.
Service consultant gave me wrong diagnostic regarding a major $4000 repair when it wasn’t my car that needed this repair. I just needed an oil change &?tire rotation—my car is only 5 yrs. old & not leaking.
No need to contact me. I will probably go back to Lexus of Carlsbad.

Joshua provides great customer service - manswered all questions and followed up on requests; however, though we just purchased this vehicle, and it had received a thorough check up, and has a limited 3 mos warranty, it has now developed serious mechanical problems much to our chagrin as the repairs will be costly - yes it’s an old car but we followed consumer reports guidelines that gave this model green marks in 2020 review! We thought it was a good gamble and hope the problems presenting now are not the beginning of further problems.
