This was my first time at Metro Lexus. The porter at the front - i feel so baf I cant remember.his name, but he wears a fancy gps garmin running watch. And has good fashion. He was the best. Customer.facing employees are the literal backbone. I will always drive a Lexus - this is my 5th one - because of the quality but I will only go to certain dealerships based on the customer service. Its employees like these that keep customers.
Also my service rep Jeff was good. There was feedback about some "possible" oil seal concern yellow check on my paperwork that confused me. If its not a concern but its been pointed out, thats seems contradictory to me. Nevertheless I think thats lies more with techs and procedures than Jeff. All in all I will most likely return.

Daven is not only knowledgeable about the next service, but also is very personable with his customer service. He goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer’s loaner return time and proactively looks for the LEXUS factory warranty offer for the specific car. I have recommended him to be the service writer to my LEXUS owner friends snd told them to ask for him when taking their LEXUS in for service.

The service was 10 out of 10 and excellent! Everybody there was excellent and Isaac Lam is an excellent service advisor and I could not recommend him more because he is great to work with always!!!
