The worst customer service I ever have received. Problem never got fixed plus you told me that you can’t do anything for me. Even though the same problem came back within 6 months. You didn’t want to fix the same issue That you admitted 6 months ago....

My car was serviced in a timely manner and I feel confident that my service advisor only recommended needed service items. I plan to keep this vehicle for some time, keeping it in good running order and good repair is important to me. I believe that Joshua did a good job in helping me reach that goal. When I brought my vehicle in, Joshua was at lunch however a another Service Advisor named Salvatore checked me in, and set me up with a loaner vehicle and quickly had me on my way. I commend your entire service team for their professionalism and courtesy.
