Hassan is the best service advisor I've seen so far at ANY Lexus dealerships. He seems to be super busy with a lot of customers and yet js consistently thorough and detailed with his explanations. I'll be back!

Two issues: there were dirty finger prints on the drive-side door handle ( on the inside). I had to clean the leather myself. Fortunately I was able to remove the finger prints. Second, I called the service writer’s (Evan Feynman) attention to a small spot where the exterior paint had been chipped off. This was noticed when we picked up the car. I told him that I had not noticed it when we brought the car in. And, it is in the crease of the lower driver-side door…a rather unusual spot to get paint chipped.
