When picking up my vehicle, I was given my receipt but not told my vehicle was ready. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I went myself outside to check. My vehicle was sitting there ready but no one did not come to retrieve me to pick it up. It is not a big deal, but this would not be a 5/5 star service for me. Thank you.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Bought a well loved Sequoia from South County Lexus. Promises were made to close the sale that weren’t fulfilled, stated car was “fully serviced” water pump replaced, etc. found leaking coolant hose and coolant on block once I got home, and a bunch of debris in and around valve covers. Told bumper paint repair would be done by Wednesday, wasn’t able to get until Friday evening. Bumpers were not removed as I was told they would be. Overspray on my running boards and under the wheel wells. Probably the worst body work I have seen in my 48 years. Crack in the front bumper wasnt even addressed. Just taped and painted. Rough Unsanded areas under the lights. Surprised this body shop is still in business. I feel I was told what they needed to tell me to make a sale. And everyone passed the buck to someone else. Tim was great though. Unfortunately it all falls to him. I expect more from a lexus dealership. Oh and the middle seat that was supposed to be installed was missing the plastic covers that cover the bolts. I have owned 4 Tacoma’s, 2 4runners, 2 tundras, and have never had this experience with Toyota ever. Ever.

Jeff was and is always great, but the hour that I was told it would take by the scheduler and the gentleman that checked me in was no where close to accurate! I had to cancel an appointment that I had because the hour turned into over an hour an 40 minutes. I am pretty sure if I show up 40 minutes late for my appointment, there would be issues, but the gentleman that checked me in only offered an arrogant apology. There were multiple employees, on the phone and in person that could have corrected the inaccurate time that was given. They in the were more concerned in trying to get me to sign up for another alignment, when I just had on a month ago. I feel bad for expressing my frustration to Jeff, when he had no part in informing me of the time nor was he made aware that I needed to be out of the shop in a hurry. We get our vehicles serviced where we purchase them and this experience will lead us to shop elsewhere in the next couple months when we are looking to purchase a third vehicle!
