It took 2 hours when I was told 1 hour for an oil change & tire rotation. She started telling me about someone elses car after 90 minutes. Exhaust leak & valve cover leaks were not mentioned till I asked about them. I was told to go to a muffler shop to find out what I needed to do about that. She could not figure out how to give me a quote on the valve cover gaskets. Once again, my concerns were not addressed. The impression is that the lexus staff’s time is much more important than my time. Service? Hardly.
