Ronnie Crowe was great. Helped resolve two important problems I've been fighting for five years. All it took was his product knowledge. I was not going to consider Lexus for my next purchase, but thanks to Ronnie, Lexus will be back for consideration.

Please read my yelp posting. It said it all. Your Mike and Ronnie were humiliated by some gesture they NEVER did during their career at your facility - holding an uninstalled windshield to get my approval. I made some suggestions how they might be able to improve the ways for customers like ne to be able to tell if the 4th windshield will work with no wavy ripple distortion effect on my eyes. I'm disgusted by the whole process I've experienced in your facility for this 1 and Half months!!!
