RDG was great. He let me know estimate of what was needed from the start, and kept me informed of status. My one comment- nothing to do with RDG, is that the inside of the car was not cleaned as well as it had been in the past- clumps of grass in back (from my golf shoes) and dirt under floor mats. Minor item, but not of the previous service standard.

Bought my side mirror last Friday as they said that they will call me if the items arrived. I asked about the price of installation. Some guy I wish that I remembered his name said that it will only cost $130.
One week later I followed up regarding my side mirror. They never called to let me know item have arrived. Then there was a price change from $130. To $325.00 for installation! Do I have any choice to back up? I need my damn mirror! I’m not sure why south county Lexus has some kind of vibe that I always get ripped off! I hate coming back but because of gas prices it’s convenient instead of driving down to Tustin!
