Devin always does a great job he has been my service writer for the last two cars. I am un happy with the phone service scheduler's I was scheduled 1,200 miles early for a 15,000 mile service. There was nothing on my car that needed service so I ended up with a $301.00 oil change and a car wash. this makes me want to find an independent Lexus service center where I can get my car serviced at the recommended milage
