Evan Frykman is my service rep. I appreciated his clear explanation of the issues with my Lexus. He is one of the best car repair rep I’ve had to work with.
The dealership was very nice and comfortable to wait while they diagnosed.
I also like all the digital info and pictures of each item that Lexus recommends/needs.
Although I didn’t like having my car repaired, My overall experience was superb
