Tire pressure light on since my last service 5,000 miles ago. Came on as soon as I drove out of the parking lot of lexus. During service 2 days ago, service agent wanted me to pay $199 for diagnostic when it was obvious it was a tire pressure issue. At end of service , now told me it was the tire pressure sensor that was bad. This kind of service is dubious at best. Why try to make me pay for a diagnostic on that? Then wants me to pay about $1,000 to fix tire pressure sensor. Not sure I’m coming back to you guys. I have serviced there since 2009. I bring two cars there . Don’t like this kind of shady service

The last two visits I have come out of the appt. With a statement saying I had refused a service. Ben and I never once mentioned brakes yet it says my brakes need attention and I certainly didn’t refuse to have something done when I didn’t know about the brakes. I came in for the 55,000 mi service and to get my mapping info updated.
The appointment before with a different Lexus rep same thing happened.
Not wonderful!

This was my first visit to Lexus of Escondido and Anthony Lee was very helpful - especially in telling me about my tires! I had come in for just an oil change and to use my gift card! Having been happily married for 43 years, I didn’t want to make a “tire decision” without first consulting my husband, so, giving me a loan car enabled me to have them keep my car and replace the tires before I picked it up the next day. They did a great job of washing my car - with new tires - and I feel SAFE on the road!
