I would like to commend Mark’s performance for helping me today. I didn’t have an appointment but because he saw that I needed some assistance, he went above and beyond to make sure I went home safe and taken cared of. I had an urgent situation where one of my tires needed to be fixed. And he did just that and I can’t thank him enough for his superb assistance rendered to me. I’m sure he extend that to all his customers. But because of his great attention to detail , its what make your team so valuable to us customers.
