I purchased my new GX car. Noticed there were stains in the interior of my car that were not disclosed to me prior to purchase. Brought car back in for spot clean. However, the stains are still there. It was mentioned a new visor will need to be purchased and replace my current visor which is stained. However I have had no follow up call. Disappointed I purchased a 65k with dirty interior.

Car loaner service was not good after speaking with Anthony and what needed to be done for service, I called in the day before and asked for RX or SUV first loaner car offered was dirty inside and out only car available for XU which was electric but too small (felt like driving in a fruit jar). Then Anthony called to say it was be the following week next Tuesday or Wednesday b4 my car would be ready. I came in and requested another loaner, it was dirty outside floors not vacuum and seats were dirty. When loaner cars are delivered to customer we expect clean loaner cars
