Devin provided 1st Class Customer Service. I was disappointed that after making an appointment with another Service Agent and calling the day before to confirm, that he was not in and in fact my intake paperwork had not been prepared thereby leaving me with “any” available service agent. The young man who so patiently heard my disappointment that I had to deal with someone I wasn’t familiar with referred me to Devin. I will continue to request Devin as my go to service agent in the future.
Mr. Roberson immediately responded to my disappointment and offered me his highest priority and informed me of specials that were available, kept me informed throughout my waiting and was a pleasant surprise. I was completely satisfied with the customer service provided as well as my vehicle service.
