Joe said my car - that I brought in at 8:40 am would be ready 11-11:30 am. When I didn’t hear from him by 11:45 am I called the main service department number- because he had not given me his direct line. The person I spoke with said that it looked like the car was ready, but he wanted to check with Joe. He said he was leaving a message for Joe & that I should hear from Joe soon. When I didn’t hear back from Joe by 1 pm I had my husband drive me to Keyes, where I found Joe sitting in his office looking at some papers. When I asked what time the car was ready for pickup he said 11:30 am - but tried to explain away his lack of a call or text to me by saying he was “really busy.” It’s unacceptable to me that he couldn’t find time between 11:30 am & 1 pm to call or text that the car was ready. His lack of attention to his job inconvenienced both me and my husband.

It would be great to have your vehicle ready when you call and say that you were on your way to pick it up. I had to wait a very long time for my vehicle to come from upstairs before I could drive off the lot. I was late to my appointment because of it.
