I’ve my vehicle service twice at Lexus and I paid for the service, no one never mentioned my warranty. She provided great service and I will ask for her the next time I get my car service.

I confirmed my car was ready for pick up. Came in the following day to pick up. Noticed the invoice did not match up and questioned. The agreed upon service was not completed and I had to return again the following day to pick up my car. The issue is that coming over to Keyes takes over 90 minutes commute. Would appreciate clear communication and understanding. The services are reliable and appreciate the rental. The staff are always kind and attentive.
