Well the customer service rep did an excellent job. But I don’t what exactly they did to my car since I didn’t receive the text with the videos explaining it to me. Also, I have to go back because part of my steering wheel it was defective after I got home. Probably it’s a easy fix, but I have to take to the dealership and my time is valuable.

Very good experience with him and Crown Lexus like usual. I live in Corona but the service at Riverside Lexus does not measure up to Crown Lexus and will be returning here.
