My service was actually ridiculously fast. I did the valet service since I live out of town and Larry kept me very informed and contacted me before the driverleft and as they arrived. My driver was extremely friendly and personable.

The communication is absolutely off at this place. It seems that they just want to make money out of you. I start with time if purchase that i was told i had six services then ended up with four. At the time of service, i had communicated with Mr. Chow that im at a place that i cant receive text . So, the agreement was i get a call when my car is ready. I never received a call when i got home finally the text came through. It seems that everyone assumes that that the customer knows what to do, when i came to pick up my car i was told to go to cashier when i asked for explanation of my bill they told me to go to any service member. Instead of calling someone to come and explain the breakdown of my bill i had to walk to someone and he was rude.( i wish i wrote down his name).Of course Mr. chow never explained in detail and we didn't talk about my total bill. He was more worried to sell me services. At the end the valet guy(david) he doesn't talk or make an eye contact. I had to just follow him . He didn't tell me where to wait. Or if I should follow him or not. One more thing i had a loaner car and i was the one wjo told them i brought the car back . Horrible experience, I won't come back and I won't recommend your location to anyone i mean no-one for service or purchase. It's a shame for Lexus
