We had an 11 am appointment on 1/15 and waited over an hour until someone asked us if we had been helped. When we said “no” they said they would find someone to help us. Maryann came and got us 10 minutes later. She did apologize. After we determined what service issues I wanted checked out, she told me she would let me know what was found later that day or the following day. On 1/16 I called 6 times for an update and even went to the dealership that evening but got no update. On Friday morning I called again and received an update in a text, which I responded to and followed up with Maryann shortly afterwards on which services to go forward with. She said the services would be completed mid-day Saturday and they were. I felt we waited too long for our appointment and I should have been kept in the loop and not ignored, even if the service writer is off. Someone should have been backing up.
