Bill is nice and accommodating but I feel bad that even I already had the basic package of my regular maintenance , I still receive the recommendation for additional services which doesn't make sense.
And the carwash that included.. ****! The one that made it is in a hurry and very unprofessional.. this doesn't haven't just now.. it's always happened every time II had my service.

I scheduled the vehicle in because I had a recall. I received a call after 2+3 hours that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the parts for the recall had been ordered. Not sure why I had to bring in have looked at and not have parts available for recall. So.now I have to take back when parts arrive.

Was towed with water spilled on 4 wheel console. out. Vahagn ordered diagnostic....Walter gave ride Got notice about 1 & called around 2, left message REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION....timing belt, e Came in next morning & had to wait over an hour fo Wash was nice but V very busy. Seemed to be only one helping customers.
