My experience with Helen was outstanding. She did not push a lot of extra services on me. She was very understanding when I forgot to give her a coupon for wiper blades after the car was serviced. I will definitely ask for her again.

Mark made sure to take care of me while I was there. He asked me how my day was going and throughly explained what needed to be done to my vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured to get any of the major services done to my vehicle. He offered me refreshments while I waited for the paperwork to be completed. I came on a quick break from work to drop my car off and Mark made sure to get me a loaner so I could get back to work. As always I experienced quality service!

I love going to the Van Nuys Lexus place. Everybody is amazing great atmosphere clean love being around there. I have no problem waiting for my car for 2 to 3 hours. I know the gentleman is working a couple days a week at the Valencia location and will eventually work at the Valencia location. Thank God because that is the reason why I go to Van Nuys is because of him. He will be taking over the Valencia location which is about 2 miles away from me, but I’d rather drive to the Van Nuys location but now that I know that he will be at the Valencia location in the next couple months .I am super super excited and hopefully the Valencia location will be, a transformation because of him .

I paid 7,000 to get my transmission replaced . Then after getting the car back after the transmission was replaced I was driving on the freeway going 65 mph and the car started shaking every time I let go of the brakes/gas pedal . We BARELY made it to the side of the freeway. Frank told me to have it towed to Ontario which I paid for . They said the transmission internally failed and it needed to be replaced again . I get a loaner car to then be called by Frank saying I needed to bring it back to give me another car . I live in Riverside I drove it back and when I got the new loaner I told the valet guy it was only half way full. He said he would tell Frank . I took a picture before I left which I have . I returned the loaner the same way i got it . When I got into my car I only had 3 miles . I checked my bank account and was charged $11 for gas . This is unacceptable.
