It was a 5k mile basic service. But the issue I have was with the service advisor Wendy Firman. I felt like I was not treated with respect. She was preoccupied with phone calls rather than being attentive taking care of the customer. Rather rude I thought. She needs a training course in customer service. This is my 3rd car with JM Lexus and all the many service advisors I’ve had before were all good.

Elda Lopez was personally polite, but the entire day was wasted waiting for the car. The appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but she didn’t call until around 5:00 p.m. to inform that the tire protection claim had been denied.The following morning, there was a wait of over an hour just to pick up the car. Lexus provided very disappointing customer service.

Vehicle tire pressure was not set at the requested pressure of 35lbs. Was not attended to at all and left at 37 and 38lbs.
Car was not washed or vacuumed as requested.
Anthony Lee confirmed these requests and volunteered that they be completed for me. Anthony was off for the weekend but shouldn’t have to be present to ensure requests are fulfilled.

Very quick 10000 mile service. Also was explained all my future pre-paid services thru my service agreement … Paperwork in what service agreement entails is seemingly not available and is not part of my paperwork from date of purchase…
