Kristina is always super helpful and I love working with her. 5/5 stars 100%. I did have one issue but I’m not blaming anyone. As I drove away my car made some wild screeching noises it wasn’t making when I dropped it off. I’m hoping the mechanic just made a mistake and it’s easily fixable. I immediately went back inside and showed Kristina and she got me right back in the loaner to have it looked at again.

I was after the first try had me return to not having the windshield repaired because the new windshield was cracked causing to return the loaner car and return again on Monday. Monday we got it done. Communication could have been better, as I had the loaner car for 3 hours before they discovered the new windshield was cracked. Ugh!
