The customer service was great. Bill was very helpful. I believe my vehicle was serviced well but it seems to be handling a little differently since it was serviced. The worst part was that there was blood on my car door and the power button when the car was returned to me. Bill helped clean the door but when I got into my car I noticed blood on the vehicle power button.

I was met immediately by a person who identified I had an appointment.
Jesse was efficient looked up history before the shift so that yhe customer isn't waiting while it's looked up.
When I returned with the rental the young man was right there to take the car.

When I picked my car up Saturday morning it smelled like stale wet rag. I complained to the service tech. He said he would talk to his manager and drove to the back. Upon returned he told me they sprayed something in it and to let the air conditioner run a while. The smell is still there. Ugh!

Service advisor has no personality (kinda rude) Also why did I get charged for a gallon of gas without being told and I put gas, I literally drove to the next exit to get food!!!
