I thought the price quote of $680 to replace my interior light bulbs was totally unfair. I took an screenshot of the price and sent to my wife only to get a different price later? If it takes two hours to replace those bulbs something is wrong. Also, I made note that I had an oil covered boot, which the mechanic never found. That should have been found one because I said to check all boots and two because I paid for the 60k mile service. I also told Branden that I didn’t want a car wash and ended up getting one when vehicle was returned. Also, I brought in a printout from advanced auto stating a starter system failure. The paper was never given to the mechanic, only my concern was passed along. Why did I take the energy to bring that paper in? The icing on the cake was getting charged $12.44 for battery cleaner when my battery was replaced and had the gel protector applied 5 days before I brought the vehicle in! I have a receipt to prove this so where did the battery cleaner even get applied? Totally taken advantage of.
