I don’t often write reviews. But I definitely need to after working with Leland Paxson. His customer service was an 11 out of a 10! From our first interaction, Leland was professional and friendly! He wanted to make sure we were taken care of as customers. Throughout our interaction, he kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely cared about our Defender getting fixed and you could clearly see that through his interactions with us! My Rover was not fixed and no one could figure out the problem of the tire pressure monitoring fault. My light came back on 20 minutes after leaving and I have no answers. I will have to find another rover dealership. Bummer
