The service experience was a 1 out of 10. Made an appt for 10AM on thur, contacted me at 5PM stating they are not sure what is wrong, and they need me to bring the second key to try a software update. I dropped the key off fri 9AM. No one called with an update. I called fri at 4 and they said Service was busy and did not get to the car. They would diagnose on Monday and let me know.Nobody called Monday so I called Monday at 4PM. Said they are still working on the diagnosis and that I could come pick up the car and reschedule. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the GM. Person stated there is no GM, and offer the Head of Sales, but they were busy. I asked for a call back and received none. Service called back 1/2 hour later stating the car was ready for pick up.

Horrible from drop off to pickup. Even with a scheduled drop off of my vehicle. I walked in and was “helped”by Noah and I felt like I was a bother to him. He didn’t even make eye contact with me , until another associate saw my uncomfortably and took over. During the process I felt like I always had to call for status on my vehicle. No consideration of my time or money. I was even overcharged at my checkout, when quoted one amount and different at pickup. When I questioned it, the associate was like “oh yeah” like it was nothing, then rushed and pressured for my signature. So inconvenient and in impersonal. I will be using another dealership moving forward. Not what I expected from a higher end dealership. Thought Land Rover was high end in customer service and life style. This dealership has not been living up to the name brand they are selling. Very disappointed!
