The only thing was, the windshield wiper fluid was filled supposedly, but upon trying to use it, nothing came out ?

Kayla stated that my wait time would be 5 - 10 minutes from the time I checked in. My wait time was actually 1 hour and no one ever came over to let me know that there would be an extended wait. I stopped Kayla after about 45 minutes and she said "what's up?" and never did not give any reasoning for the wait. She said it would be a minute and walked off.
