The advertised service stated that all oil changes include a car wash, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. None of these things were done. After waiting for almost an hour and a half (which I understand, the business is at the mercy of how many customers show up), I did not want to stay any longer to ask that it all be done. I just wanted to leave at that point. Don’t advertise that you’re going to provide that service if you’re not going to. I’m sure the cost of the tire rotation, etc, is included into the final price, which is not pono.
