Matt did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly and helping with my next appointment. I did however notice that the windows were not cleaned well at all and they even looked worse than before I brought my SUV in. The dirt was just smudged all over. Wish they would have still done a car wash.

Matt was exceptionall as is the whole team at Kia Covina. They are all always so courteous and helpful. I appreciate that Matt text me that if I needed anything or had any questions I could text him.
