Paul was great. My only problem was about my vehicle. I just bought my Sante Fe in February. It is a used 2017 model and it only had 47,000 miles. I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. They looked into it and determined I needed an alignment and balancing. It turned out I needed 2 tires as well and I had to pay for all of it, even though I had just bought it in February and it was obvious that this issue started long before my purchase. Something like this should have easily been taken care of prior to being placed on the lot for sale.

I brought my Sorento in to have my remotes programmed. I left w/driver side windows NO LONGER WORKING! I returned to your business 5 minutes later and explained to the guy, who did my paperwork; that my windows NO LONGER WORKED! He tells me “the remote doesn’t have anything to do w/the windows. That’s why they didn’t wash my vehicle, because something was wrong! Straight BS! I replied “When I pulled in @9:25am, all my windows were rolled up & I had the heat on. When I left my driver side front window was rolled down.! I am NOT paying for something your mechanic BROKE & tried to act as if I broke it. I just want to thank ur mechanic for helping me decide to NOT upgrade my vehicle there & I will be sure to post/share this matter w/my family, 4,000+ friends on FB & Instagrams! Sincerely, PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!!

Howard provided excellent customer service. Only thing I did not like is too much wait time to get the oil change. I have been told that my car will be ready by 12.40pm but it wasn’t done till 1.30pm. I was in @ 11.30 am and it took 2 hours .This was my first time to your dealership. But everyone was friendly and helpful.????????????.
