In the Service Department, Upon taking our vehicle to get it serviced, Mr. Alan Finkle,was right on the ball upon helping. He was excellent and also showed how much he cared for customers .All I want to State is that Alan is excellent ,prompt,and companies need more good persons like Mr. Alan Finkle. Thank you Alan!! I have ticking and there's no get up and go shifting gears going down the road and my Kia soul just ticking and clattering and my motor and why can't you figure it out without me coming in 500 700 mi to put new oil in why can't you figure out and take my car in what is wrong with the ticking cluttering and no get up and go in my car no I am not satisfied and I'm not paying $1,400 for you tear up my car I have a 5-year warranty on my car paid in cash no I am not satisfied what is wrong with the ticking the clattering knocking and there's no get up and go and my kids soul Richard Palmer
