I’m confused because I was told I should get 3 free services per year. Service rep said this has always been true, this is my fourth car and it didn’t happen. He had me get an oil change after 1 month because my next services would be free. Is this the truth?

Each time I go there especially with a coupon there is always some additional increase . Also my settings are always changed and I have to figure out how to change them back, it is annoying. I rather not come in. Also, it would be nice if when asked to leave my name and number to receive a call back from the service department that they actually call back.

Every time I go to the car service and don’t have an appointment, the employees make it very difficult and they’re on q bad mode. Today the employee told me that because I didn’t have an appointment it was going to take them up to 4 hours to change the oil. I decided to stay and didn’t take that long. But they should treat us better. They look like they don’t want to work
