Truc was very helpful and her communication was clear and pleasant. Everyone was great and the complimentary beverages were a nice addition to the visit. The service crew did excellent and my car was delivered before the estimated wait time was even up. All around great experience from the greeting to the leaving.

Tori was very good. When I made my appointment no one told me that the recall part waould have to be ordered and that I would have to bring my car back another time. I scheduled the recall & oil change at the same time so I would not have to be there twice. If someone had told me I woyld have come out done the 10 minute evaluation annd waited. Then brought my vehicle back for the recall and oil change. Tori had to clean up the mess that was made by the person who made my initial appointment.
