I have moved to California from Texas where I purchased my kia sedona...they were so helpful at the front desk. I was ready to cry because i did not have my maintenance plan because ii am going through a divorce. They explained that they would do the work while i investigated getting my maintenance information. I had heard stories that not all dealerships will accept the plans from other dealers. I was so glad to not have any hassle...i may need to purchase a new car from this dealership ????

I spent 5 years dealing with your plastic protector in wheel wells falling off my car every winter and you did not care! I just had to spend money to fix it. I got all my service done there for the last 5 years and now your **** engines state to maje a noise in my car and you will not cover it! You ****! Good luck to you.
