When i was taking my old car to Jiffy Lube for the oil change they were vacuuming deeper and cleaning my outside window too.. if I'm not mistaking on the paper by the receptionist it compare your oil change with others and again if I'm not wrong your says that also include a car wash,so if I'm right I didn't get my car washed

The service advisor was kind of abrupt with me and didn’t take time to answer my questions concerning the care of my vehicle, she basically shoved a pamphlet about needing service wrote $345.00 on it and said I needed it done. She couldn’t tell me how many oil changes I have left on my service contact and dismissed me quickly when I picked up my car. I miss the service advisor I had previously, he was always friendly and professional.
