Kia had my car for 5 days, I wasn't offered a loaner for my inconvenience being that my car was there for 5 days. I ended up renting a car for a day the following day on Tuesday my car was ready. Normally Kia makes me feel so welcome to bring my car. This time was as convenient. But I will still bring my car there for the best service I can for my car. Because I know it will be done right.
