My appointment was at 8:30 am. I did not hear anything all day. At almost 4 pm I called to see if the oil change was done. I picked up the car and 30 minutes later received a text that my car was ready for picknup----I had already picked it up.

I called ahead to see if an appointment was necessary for normal service, and was told it was not. I arrived about 11 am and did not finish until around 1:30. My last service went smooth and I felt like a valued customer. I had planned to use Matt Blatt for all my service needs. I am reconsidering that. Not feeling the love.
