Have come to lifetime kia with both my Sorrentos and gave always been extremely satisfied with the service provided. I do often wonder why the service people keep changing. Every time I come there us a different service member assisting me. It would be helpful to have one person I could get to know and feel comfortable with.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at KIA for 7 years. I lost my gold card because I had to take it off of my key chain when I came in for service. Today Anthony couldn’t give me the 10% off of my service because I didn’t have it. I think it’s unfair that he couldn’t look into the system and see that I have it and always uses it. I would like to have another gold card mailed out to me please.

Paul was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a real educational experience when he explained to me some major services needed that I was not aware of such as replacement of the coolant and brake fluid. He was the first service member to open my hood and describe the importance of these features given the mileage and how they ensure the proper functioning of my car. Although, I was not expecting to spend any money, I was confident the services were necessary. I really enjoy my car and appreciated the explanation.
