I was surprised that they washed my car as a courtesy. Took it in for oil change and to have the tires rotated. Very pleased indeed. It is always nice to be treated well.

Customer service is not acceptable answering the phone very rude and unprofessional ways. Ask for my car to be wash and it was not and I had hands prints of oil on my Hood of the car. Trying to fine someone in the service section and no one there to talked or hiding in back of the desk. They try to overcharge me on my maintenance service with my daughter pays why less them me.
