I was driving home and noticed around. I immediately returned to your business and told the service department I was upset about this noise. The service man went for a drive with me and heard the same noise. He fully explained the noise was coming from the tire rotation and for me to keep driving and eventually the noise would go away. We had a pleasant conversation on the way back to KIA.

I originally made an appt just for an oil change. The day the before the appt I called to add additional service that was needed. I needed a new battery, a new brake light and a slow leak in a tire. They assured me that they could complete all of the service needed on my van. I was on a tight time schedule. I let Brian know what time I needed to leave by. He assured me that either my van would be ready or Kia would provide a loaner vehicle. I was very happy that the car was ready exactly when they said it would be.

I was treated as professionally as if I was the only car owner in the world. He texted me mid morning to let me now I wasn't foregotten about then called me when car was ready and explained ever part of my bill. I personally think you should put him over training all service people He done an outstanding job.
