Although dannielle didn’t help me the day of service, she ordered the wrong part. Sat there for an hour only to be told the part was broken. Why did the service rep lie to me? Wasn’t dannielle, forgot his name. Also, when I first bought my car, the financial dept also lied to me. Maybe it’s a Kia thing. I will def be getting rid of my car, can’t deal with liars.

I’m disappointed with how communication was handled with my advisor during my recent service. My car was ready on Thursday, 07/10, but I wasn’t notified. I only found out when I called on 07/14. I had repeatedly asked if my car was under warranty because I needed that information to determine whether I qualified for a rental vehicle. Despite multiple attempts—texting, calling the service line, and requesting to speak with him—I couldn’t get a clear answer or even a response. Because I had no transportation, I had to use my earned time off from work to manage the situation, which could have been avoided if I had been properly informed. I was told I might be eligible for a rental if the car was under warranty, but again, my advisor couldn’t confirm that despite me asking several times. It wasn’t until I finally got in contact with him on 07/14 that I learned my car had been ready since the previous Thursday.I dropped my car off on 07/05 and spent the following week struggling with transportation. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I would not want to have my car serviced here again under the same advisor. Thank you.

When we made the appointment we were NOT told that we would need to leave the car for 5 days. It ended up taking 8 business days before our car was ready. When we called to check on our car, we did not get a call back. We called 3 different times. We also tried text messaging. Mike was very helpful when we brought the car in and when we picked it up. We were told he was out sick while our car was in for service. You need to have something in place for customers to get information if someone is out ill. It was very frustrating to not know when or if our car would be ready. The lack of communication and length of extended amount of time without are car have convinced us to never bring a vehicle to you again .
